My Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window... It's cloudy here...I hear it's gonna rain for the next 40 days...er, 3 days I guess. I'll take it, we need the rain at our house.

I am thinking... I have A LOT to do this week.

I am thankful... that we get to see some old friends this weekend!

From the learning room...We are working on Briley handwriting. She gets bored writing her letters and therefore her letters look, well let's just say...not very pretty. Anyone have any good sites for handwriting?

From the kitchen...

Monday-  Sausage and Egg Burritos
Tuesday- Taco Salad
Wednesday- Grilled Chicken Salad
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Dinner at Camp Olympia
Saturday- Dinner at Camp Olympia
Sunday-  probably have to grab something out

I am wearing...grey leggings and a coral shirt

I am creating...nothing this week...except a packing list

I am going...
Monday- Casey stayed home so we spent some quality time as a family today
Tuesday- nowhere
Wednesday- workout and Life Group
Thursday- Ignite Co-op and Briley's dance class
Friday- Reunion
Saturday-Reunion
Sunday-Reunion

I am reading... a lot of homeschooling blogs...gotta get some more great ideas

I am hoping...that co-op goes well...I am a little nervous about my art classes...not sure what the parents are expecting, just hope I can help the kids find their creative juices.

I am hearing...Briley sing while doing her school work.

Around the house...packing

One of my favorite things...is when it rains

Pictures for the week
He's about to eat a leaf...yum-yum
sassy
This is how my lil man gets around. Usually it's accompanied with a growl.
He's so curious...you can see it in his eyes
gigantic caterpillar that we found in our yard

Have a great week!
